Meditation is a place to honour the parts that require loving attention. A space where you can break and be whole again, where remorse is met with forgiving kindness, and to spark a renewed hope and calmness for the new day.

Hi, I’m Amsha

A meditation teacher, studying Masters of Social Work. Thank you for scrolling through. 

Meditation was a way for me to cultivate more kindness and compassion for myself and others through the most challenging points of one's lives such as coping with anxiety, moodiness, self doubt and limiting beliefs. 

Our struggles and battles are not just our own and it is easy to forget this.
